Rename original filename to virtioa.qcow2 and remove original zip file 2. Obtain FortiManager KVM image and prepare for EVE. 2.1. If you are not having Cisco smart account as well as if you don’t know how to download and push the .viptela extension file of vedges then yu can use viptela images (16.X). These devices don’t requires the cisco smart account for authenticate the vEdge devices in vManage.
Cisco smart account is easy to create as well as it is free. If you are having cisco certification then you can use your ID and can create a account.

You can use any version of vEdge , vSmart , vBond images with any verion of vManage. Just keep in mind the 16.X version vManage support .TXT file of vEdge list and 19.X version vManage supports .viptela extension file of vEdge list and this file can only be download from cisco smart account.
